    Each Tablet Contains:
    Myo-Inositol 1 gm
    L-Methylfolate calcium 100 mcg
    Vitamin D3 1000 IU

Our composition contains Myo-inositol may benefit those with bipolar disorder, depression, impotence, obsessive-compulsive disorder, lung cancer, panic disorder, and polycystic ovary syndrome. L- Methyl folate calcium is useful in certain types of anemia. Conditions that can cause low folate levels include poor diet, pregnancy, alcoholism, liver disease, certain stomach/intestinal problems, kidney dialysis, among others. Women of childbearing age should receive adequate amounts of folic acid either through their diet or supplements to prevent infant spinal cord birth defects. Vitamin D3 is useful in depression, osteoporosis, osteomalacia and rickets.

    Myo-Inositol

Inositol is a naturally occurring nutrient found in various forms, the most common being myo-inositol. It is found in phospholipids which function as cellular mediators of signal transduction, in metabolic regulation, and growth. Myo-inositol is one of nine distinct isomers of inositol.
Humans can make this nutrient in the body, which they do from glucose. Even though it is sometimes referred to as a vitamin.

    L-Methyl Folate Calcium

Folic acid is the man-made form of folate. Folate is a B-vitamin naturally found in some foods. It is needed to form healthy cells, especially red blood cells. Folic acid supplements may come in different forms (such as L-methylfolate, levomefolate, methyltetrahydrofolate). They are used to treat or prevent low folate levels. Low folate levels can lead to certain types of anemia.

    Vitamin D3

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble hormone that your body can produce naturally. There are a number of forms of vitamin D, but the two most important ones are vitamin D-2 and vitamin D-3. Vitamin D-3, also known as cholecalciferol, is made by our skin naturally. Our body needs D-3 for calcium absorption and bone strength, and it contributes to your overall health as well.

    Pharmacology

Myo-Inositol is synthesized from glucose-6-phosphate and metabolized to phosphatidylinositol, which makes up a small, but very significant, component of cell membranes. Inositol might balance certain chemicals in the body to possibly help with conditions such as panic disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and polycystic ovary syndrome.

L-Methyl folate calcium (LMF) is highly bioavailable source of folic acid. It is the natural, active form of folic acid which is an integral component of prenatal care, homocysteine management, depression treatment, dementia and cardiovascular concerns. LMF is a vitamin essential for reproductive health. It functions as a methyl donor and monoamine synthesis modulator.

Vitamin D3 helps to maintain the function of the nervous and aids in the absorption of calcium, by maintaining blood levels. It also helps to keep bones growing strong, dense and healthy. Vitamin D deficiencies are most often found in the elderly, obsess and those with limited sun exposure.

    Myo-Inositol in PCOS

The researchers found evidence that suggests myo-inositol is helpful in PCOS because it decreases levels of excessive androgens. The study also found evidence that the nutrient improves the ovarian response to hormones called gonadotropins, helping to achieve regular menstrual cycles and successful ovulation.

Women with PCOS often have a defect in the way that their body processes insulin. This has a knock-on effect on other hormones and proteins. Sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) is decreased, testosterone levels are raised, and the results are problems with acne, hirsutism (excessive hair growth) and fertility.

The insulin-signalling pathway is heavily dependent on myo-inositol. Supplementing extra myo-inositol therefore appears to correct the mal-functioning insulin pathways, reducing the signs and symptoms of PCOS.

    Uses

Inositol shows some promise for controlling panic attacks. Myo-inositol seems to lower triglyceride and testosterone levels in PCOS. L-Methyl folate calcium is helpful in anemia, liver diseases, kidney dialysis. Vitamin D3 is useful in conditions that cause weak and painful bones (osteomalacia) and low levels of phosphate in the blood (familial hypophosphatemia).Vitamin D3 also helps in the prevention of psoriasis.

    Drug Interactions

There are no interaction reported for Myo-inositol. Vitamin D3 interacts with alumunium containing antacids and digoxin. L-methyl folate calcium interacts with warfarin and anticonvulsants.

    Side Effects

Nausea, Dry Mouth, Fatigue, Dizziness, Rashes and Headache.
